Harley also gains Smoke Cloud to make her and her teammates harder to hit, and way down on her dial she can use Energy Explosion in a last-ditch attempt to clear the board. This is an especially good idea if you boost a teammate’s attack value and then use the Batman Enemy Team Ability to use that figure’s attack value as your own-ouch! It gets even more painful if you have a couple of characters with Perplex. Use Perplex to weaken your opponent’s characters or to increase the combat value of characters on your team. All of her combat values are average, but she has a good defense, a ranged attack, and a number of highly useful support powers. The Joker’s better half is an amazingly useful young woman. After he gets it, keep him next to opponents as much as you can. Taking some damage, however, is not a bad thing, as he gains Poison later on. Shape Change gives him a 1-in-6 chance of avoiding the attack altogether (while making your opponent still use that action somehow), and Toughness protects him if he does get hit. He’s a close-in brawler, tying up weaker units with his Plasticity.
